We accomplish this through innovation, constant process improvement, and an uncompromising commitment to hiring, retaining, and rewarding the best talent available.General Statement of Job:The Design Coordinator will be part of a small, dedicated team of designers and video producers, and is responsible for the management of all internal and external asset libraries and associated licenses. Additionally, the Design Coordinator will be applying aesthetic standards and copy editing to Canva presentations, and be an SME for all end user experiences with our products via Canva, Powerpoint, and Articulate 360. Platforms like Word, Excel and others will also be used. The Design Coordinator will assume responsibility for maintenance of several MailChimp accounts, confirming our audiences are up to date and we are compliant with anti-spam laws.Primary responsibilities include asset management, QC, research (vendor sourcing, copyright status) and project management. Further, they will occasionally support live film shoots as a sound operator, on-screen talent, or production assistant. Manual Dexterity: Requires the ability to handle a variety of items including computer equipment, control knobs, switches, other job-related equipment, etc. Must have the ability to use one hand for twisting or turning motion while coordinating other hand with different activities. Must have above average levels of eye/hand/foot coordination. Color Discrimination: Requires the ability to differentiate colors and shades of color. Interpersonal Temperament: Requires the ability to deal with people beyond giving and receiving instructions related to job function. The worker needs to relate to people in situations involving more than giving or receiving instructions under stressful situations. Must be adaptable to performing under considerable stress when confronted with an emergency. Technical Skills: Requires ability to utilize skills relating to computers and electronic devices and grasp related processes; ability to operate and activate computer as it relates to job related functions.
